Bennie Green appeals a summary judgment rendered in favor of the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee for the State Bar of Texas (Committee) in this suit brought by the Committee under section 81.101 of the Texas Government Code to permanently enjoin Green from engaging in the unauthorized practice of law. In two points of error, Green contends that the trial court erred in granting the Committees motion for summary judgment and that section 81.101 of the government code is unconstitutional. We reverse and remand in part and affirm in part the trial courts judgment.
